Cost of 2 bed room house in a safe and decent place is $1500 in Maputo. you will get slightly cheaper houses in Matola which is about 10km from Maputo. They are like twin cities. Also regarding the school for kids there is a school called Willow International school. You can check that online. I am not sure how much it costs.
