Hello everyone, I'm a romanian citizen , my father is alive and living in MRU but was not mentioned in the birth certificate.
What do I need to do to request citizenship by descent?

If your father has not recognized you at birth , your only solution would be for him to do so now.
Then with this proof of Jus Sanguinis , you will be able to apply for citizenship because one of your birth parents is a Mauritian.

also if you can get your father to do as External has suggested, you will then, unless you were actually born in Mauritius, almost certainly have to apply for a 'resumption of citizenship' which is a long process that will take at least a year normally. i would strongly advise you get a lawyer to help you with this as it is a tricky process.
