inline skating around the island

Hi you guys,

Recently heard that inline skating is starting to be a thing in Mauritius... I have my own gear but I'm not sure where to skate safely... I'm thinking in recreational fitness skating, not the 'skate park' kinda stuff... Does anyone know of locations where the roads are in good condition and I wouldn't die from crazy drivers every second?

in Moka, behind Synergy sport institute huge parking lot, usually empty at afternoon. Asphalt is good and no passing by traffic, not a people, not a cars. Good place. Once my gear will arrive sure I will be scatting there.

Im new to Mauritius and i also rollerblade. Did you manage to find a place to skate away from the crazy island drivers?

He he, not so much!!! Early morning on weekdays are tolerable... Other than that I found a half-built morcellement in flic en flac where the roads are brand new but away from public traffic... But it gets a bit boring )))
