How can I get a job offer abroad?

I have recently applied for several positions abroad but haven’t received any feedback so far. I have solid experience in project management and education, along with web development skills. Additionally, I am fluent in both English and French.

If anyone has experience with applying for jobs abroad, I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights on how to improve my applications and increase my chances of success.

The same way you apply for jobs in any country, including your own, but you have to:

find out if you are eligible for a visa before you apply
give your potential employer reasons why they should go to the trouble of getting you a visa when they can just hire a local

The fact you have to ask suggests your chances are limited.
