A driver of ours was turned back from the Gargaresh near the round about due to persons unknown demonstrating something. Anyone confirm this?

Ok, I admit it, it was me, I was upset about the fact that EVERYTIME I drive round that roundabout, the policeman's eye's light up as he thinks he can fine me for not wearing a seat belt, speeding, drinking coffee, talking on my ipod?? talking on my Sat Nav?? being British, having a dirty car, having a clean car, etc, etc.
I was hoping to organise something for Thursday, but from what I hear something else is booked for that day. :-)
