Howdy folks, my fiancee is coming over this weekend, he's a fully qualified (REPS 3) Advanced Personal Trainer. If anyone fancies either some one on one or group sessions (and you live either on or close to Regatta) complete with fitness programmes designed to meet your specific needs, please inbox me with your details and any queries. Outdoor training a speciality, but in-home available too
