If you purchased that safe, you better go back to the vendor and ask them.
There is nothing on the web other than specs.

I wouldn't recommend ExpatBlog as a source of providing combinations for a safe!

I did not buy the safe from the company.  I bought it off an individual who does not know how to do the number sequence.

I do not need the combination.  I have the combination.  I need to know how to do the number sequence with the 4 number combo.

In the States, our locks have 3 number combo and you basically start at zero, then turn knob to the right until you hit the number, then back to the left for 2nd number, then to the right for 3rd number.

This has 4 number combo.

Then have you tried rotating 4 times left & right?

The first number to the right 4 time and stop on the number
The second number to left 3 times and stop on the number
The third number to right and stop on the number on the second turn
The forth number to left and stop on the number
Then lastly turn clockwise to 0 twice stopping on 0 both times
When you have done that turn the handle to see if the door opens.
