Moving to Tripoli in the New Year

Hello

My husband and I are due to move to Tripoli from Scotland in the new year.  He will be working and I would like to find work, whether it be paid or voluntary.  At present we are unsure where we will be living but I believe his work will be sorting that out for us.  The only information I have on Libya is what I have been able to find online.  This may be a bit of a vague query, but where and how do you suggest we/I start?

You better not be on about me mate :lol: Welcome Ruby, lots of us Scots here in Tripoli, Caledonian society set up as well, you will feel right at home, well apart from the shortage of lorne sausage (which I stacked up on from my last visit home). Oh good to hear Clansman, my main concern was Irn Bru, but I'm sure I read somewhere on here that it is available somewhere. Phew !!  I'll keep an eye out for the deviants....
