Nope, not yet.
Find Aramex Tripoli on Facebook.
DHL restarted thier services last week. I sent a package yesterday from their offices in Tripoli Tower (formerly Burj Al-Fateh). PS: They are only accepting documents at the moment; no bulk packages.
Does anyone know anything about packages from aramex that were there when they shut down in Feburary? I can't find contact info on their website.
