For sure you could receive/send SMS and calls and maybe browse the internet with the native browser with any Mobile Provider.

Is it possible to use the Blackberry Messenger, send/receive emails (push email service), Twitter, Facebook, Etc with Libyana?

so are black berry services available in now in Tripoli? (ie bbm, data plans, etc)?

Hi, hoping someone in Tripoli can help, have a friend based there and I am in South Africa, I can use blackberry chat and whatsapp which costs me very little, but it appears that these services are not available in Libya is this the case? At the moment using old sms which is really expensive to send quick messages, any help or advice from Libya side would be wonderful thanks so much......

Hello.. It's easy. Ask your friend to get a smart phone such as Android (Samsung)or iPhone and connect it to the internet via Wifi or even over GSM and can send and receive messages by Skype, Viber, Whatsapp, and lots more.. No need for BB service to accomplish such thing.. Take care
