Cheaper Medical centre in Delhi for Job/Work in Libya

Wow, the crazies are up early this morning!

I'm confused, do you want medical work done in Delhi or Libya?
I can't speak for Delhi, although I don't recall it being renowned as a hub of pioneering medical excellence, but the general rule in Libya is if you need an anaesthetic, go  somewhere else.

And without being  too personal about it, are you wanting quotes on an ingrown toe nail or an orchiectomy , or something in between ? I'm sure there's a big price difference!
