Laptops, electronics bringing-in/out of Libya

Hello to everyone,

I am new in this forum but I have already most of thr topics listed here. I read one topic regarding my interest in knowing Libya's regulation regarding bringing in to Libya laptops and other electronics. But did not mention taking back home to origin the same. I was told by one of my friends that you can not take out from Libya electronic goods like laptops, SLR cameras, etc. Is this true? I know that I can bring them in to Libya but can I bring it out again without any problems? My friend told me that you can not take out of Libya anything you bought from there. How about the things I brought in?
