Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Guinea Conakry?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Guinea Conakry?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

I believe it is possible. Can you contact the prefecture where the property is? I can contact someone that knows more about the details if you like. Just let me know.I will be back in guinea 15 Dec.
