Selling a house in Conakry

Hi

my name is Kate and my husband, who is Guinean,  and I have been building a two storey, 3 apartment house in Kissosso for some time.  My husband has recently been ill and we have reluctantly decided to sell the house for someone else to finish to their own specifications.

Has anyone else sold a house recently who can advise on which of the estate agents listed on this site are reliable and can be recommended? Does anyone have other advice?  We realise we will need to come ourselves to deal with this but want to get some of the work done in advance, e.g. valuation.
