apartment with cheap budget (200-300) USD/ month - possible?

hello all, my name is rama. i am originally from Indonesia and will go for at least 2 years work on Addis Ababa on the next month. Can someone tell me if I can find some cozy little apartment with cheap budget (200-300) USD/ month will be reasonable price for me.

You may find a room for rent in your budget. Not sure about an apartment.
