House near UN Office in Addis Ababa

I will be coming to addis ababa by first week of January with my family. Can somebody suggest me the following :-
(a) A 2 bed room fully furnished house near United Nations Office to the African Union for about 700USD.

To be honest; the prices in Addis Kazanchis (which is where the UN offices are located) for accommodation are ridiculously high.

But I still wish you and your family the best of Luck.
