The 2-bedroom house is very close to the Capital Hotel/ Bulgarian Embassy and the minibus stop in Haya Hulet. The approx. 11 square meters large bedroom is furnished with a bed, commode, clothes hanger and a bedside cabinet. A maid is coming twice a week for cleaning the place and laundry. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a shared bathroom. The room can be rented starting from June 2015. The rent is 8000 ETB.
