We have openings for two rooms in a great house in Bole: one room opens in April, the other in May.
The house has a big garden, a large sunny living/dining room (including a working fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi/ADSL internet (subject to the whims of ETC!), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking, washing machine, and storage rooms in the back. It’s located right in the heart of Bole (100m behind the Wassamar hotel) close to cafes, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, bars, etc. on a safe street (federal police guard a house just across the street).
Currently living in the house, a French women and a Swedish guy in our early thirties. We both work for the UN.
We’re a fairly social bunch, with people coming over occasionally during the week for dinner/movies, and the occasional bigger weekend party/BBQ. We have a great cleaning lady (weekdays), guard (24/7) and gardener (every other week).
The rent for the rooms are $700 and $900 per month + service charges (approx. 2,000 ETB for utilities, maid, internet and guard.)
