Looking for a 3 Bed room apartment in Addis Ababa

I am looking for a 3 bed room apartment close to the expat living area in Addis. I will move there with my family in early September and would request for information/inputs on the area which should be preferred. My budget is between 1200- 1700 USD. I am also looking for good schools for my schools who are in grade-8 and grade-2.
