I'm looking for a flatmate to occupy the 2nd bedroom of a mini-villa when my current flatmate leaves on February 16.
Everything is furnished, including the kitchen (fridge, stove, oven), vents, A/C in the bedrooms.
Located in Zone 1, between the pediatric hospital / Charles de Gaulle Blvd and the SIAO. Close to the "circulaire" to go downtown. Safe and nice neighbourhood, with a market, bakery and shops nearby.
No internet for now, but we could install it.
Rent is 42500 per month each + utilities.
