Julien, any institution, entity, organization etc. that does not go through change(s) withers with time. Greetings from sunny Florida.
If I had a choice to live in beautiful Florida, or Jerusalem, I'd choose Jerusalem.
But, I'm told I cannot find a good job in Israel if I don't speak Hebrew.

Hope this new and improved blog will help me to achieve this goal.

Hi Julian,
I am really here to help anyone who is contemplating a move to Panama only. Wow - if you have been here 10 years, well actually that's when our research started, I wish we would have had this resource although it may have been very new.

We were really on our own - but yes there were some sites but not like this one.

So congrats!
