What? If somone's Schengen visa application is refused.

owais.truefriend

I need some information regarding the Schengen visa applications, please guide me.
Suppose if someone’s Schengen visa application is rejected by any embassy then would it effect negatively on his future visa applications? Will any other Schengen visa issuing embassy discriminate that applicant on the basis of his past visa application refusal?
I just want to confirm that Schengen visa application refusal effects on someone’s profile for his future visa applications or not??? Suppose right now I apply for Schengen visa but do not fulfill the requirements like financial funds etc. but later I am in a position to fulfill all requirements.

If you did not fulfil the application conditions first time, then fulfilled them the second time then you should get a visa.
