Present myself

ICD-BERLIN

Hello!

I'm new on this forum, and even if I already adopted it ;), I also have the problem of the restriction concerning the private messages. To resolve it, I will present myself. I'm 21, french, and I'm now an expat in Germany, in Berlin. I'm an intern at the ICD (the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy). The ICD is an international, not for profit and non governmental organisation with headquarters in Berlin (culturaldiplomacy.org). The goal of this organization is to promote global peace and stability through strengthening intercultural relations. Our coming event is the Berlin International Economics Congress which will debate on the public and private influence on the International economic context. To inform people about this event, I've sent some messages. I do apologize if it disturbed some people, but I think this is a subject involving everybody, so I thought some people might be interested to come. If anybody feels interested and would like to join, don't hesitate to contact me. And once again for people I disturbed, I really apologize.

Salut,

I'm also thinking of moving to Berlin, but I'm a bit afraid of not speaking a single German word. I have visited the city a couple of time and managed quite well in English; but I was wondering how things would go in daily life without speaking the language.
