How to fight homesickness..........

its a common regretful feeling, sad or depressed from a longing for home or family while away from them for a long time. :(
ways to fight homesickness, be adventurous, go out and meet more friends (never let yourself realise how lonely you are for it will trigger homesickness). keep yourself occupied. Schedule yourself for activities. for example at weekend ask your friend to mingle with you at your place or in their place or just go outside for an hour or more. it will help a lot to release depression. be more active on sports like jogging, basketball or any sports of your desire. sometimes watching alone can be bored but if you invite friends to watch with you it will be more interesting. schooling can be good, going to the beach, driving to cafe or going to the gym will be fine. some of it i already did and i never forget to pray its the most effective way. :):)

exactly here in KSA? i've been in riyadh, taif, buraidah and now here in Jeddah. The best place for me is Jeddah, nice beaches, friendly people, good weather and places to hung outs. thats the reason why i never took my vacation back at home. I have pakistan friends too. The law it's fine with me, everywhere you go as long you don't do things that against the law you will be safe. i rather be the victim then be the criminals. you gonna love it here for sure maybe not 100% unlike in your country but your gonna live. Some maybe against on what i just said but they are only 20% of 90% hihihi. :) goodluck

hhhmmm (wondering :unsure)

Now you know what it's like.
It's really hard to fight homesickness. I just hang out with my new friends, look for someone who can listen to me. If I have enough time, I just call or chat with my family.
