Never leave & just stick to your right in a respectful way.

mistakes makes perfect, i have done lots of miastakes with my new job at first I feel ashame but lately I realised that I am just a human being, my boss knows that too. But then I promised myself that I will ommit all my error.

Work very hard, save up all your money, then buy out the business and fire your lame-ass boss! Better still, put him through all the crap you've been going through - and then fire him!!!

Short of doing that, unless you have already lined up another job to go to immediately you will need to tough it out. Accept the situation, start looking around for a better job and remember that it's always easier to find a job when you already have one.

a lot of boss's mistakes are loaded on the small employee ...try to live with it until u find good chance...because staying home without work is worst than the bosses

consequences are just around the corner, you can find it anywhere unless your gonna face it. think things are part of life, leaving is not always the answer just to ignore the mistakes. remember your just ignoring the situation your not solving it. think straight, think positive you'll see your work will all be just fine. Bosses are bosses they have rights to shout you and terminates you because you makes mistakes, Once, twice mistakes maybe acceptable, but more than that....hmmp.

i choose stay and try to fight until i find a good way to leave.
i will not leave because i made trouble or not responsibility..
if i leave with a good way, maybe boss will feel lost someone important in his bussiness..so i win.
