question ?

How could you give your passport details even before you are selected .
but first No one asks for bank statement in order to get a job.
search google and learn the visa process and hiring procedures

companies take  written tests GROUP DISCUSSIONS(not at senior levels) and then PERSONAL INTERVIEWS where physical presence is required of  both the interviwer and interviewee
people are not selected online .

If a company have a branch office in that country , some Representative of that company will call you at the branch office and conduct interviews .
If the company does not have a branch , they send  team of representatives to that country to take interviews which are mostly conducted in a seminar conducted at a public place . say hotel.

Never heard of people getting selected online though satellite link .

go to a websites of companies and post ur CV
then if shortlisted the company gets in touch with u by mail ,email or phone.
then depending on companies , written tests , groupdiscussions and personal interviews  are conducted physically not online .

never heard of group discussions taking place online specially in hiring procedures .

Physial presence is required for the interviewer and interviewee .

then when selected , back ground checks about qualification and employment are done

offer letter comes first . either you accept it or reject it.

medical check is conducted , depends on companies . some do some do
.MNCS  do conduct

then appointment letter is issued

then YOU have to the VISA office of that particular country where the company is situated /located and submit the following documents

Proof of employment with a company/organisation , such as a contract that states the terms and conditions of appointment.
Company contract specifying salary, position and tenure of employment, in addition to other terms and conditions .
passport , photos , etc
then the visa procedure is conducted and thats then you can go to that country
provided the visa is sanctioned.

follow these steps

Also you could look up the company on the internet  but NEVER give out your bank details.

James

I have never heard of any legitimate company or employment agency asking for such information as the details of your bank account. That should have been your very first tip-off that you were dealing with a scam.

When filling out a job application or creating your CV, even if you are applying for work abroad, never put any details about your documentation (passport, visa, work permit, etc.) nor should you give details about your references at this time. You should put on your CV "Documents: All travel and work documents up-to-date (details provided upon hire)" and "References: Available upon request at interview".

Any questions relating to financial status, bank account, credit cards, etc., is an open invitation for some cyberscammer to wipe out your bank account in a flash or leave you with a credit card bill that looks like the annual budget for some small countries. Be careful.
