How can I get a FAB bank statement after leaving the UAE?

Title: Need help getting a First Abu Dhabi Bank statement after leaving the UAE

Hi everyone, I hope someone here might have some advice. I worked in Dubai for about three years and during that time my salary account was with First Abu Dhabi Bank. I left the UAE last year after my contract ended and moved back to my home country.

Right now I am applying for a new job abroad and part of the paperwork requires a bank statement from my previous account to show salary history. The issue I am facing is that I cannot figure out how to get a proper statement from FAB now that I am no longer living in the UAE. When I tried to access the mobile banking app it asked for verification through my old UAE phone number which I no longer have.

I also checked the bank website but it seems most options require logging into online banking first. I am not sure if there is a way to request the statement by email or if it can only be done from inside the UAE.

Since a lot of people here have worked in the UAE before moving elsewhere I thought someone might have dealt with this situation. If anyone has managed to obtain a FAB bank statement after leaving the country I would really appreciate hearing how you did it. And also share any reliable way to check my FAB bank credit card balance....
