could you elaborate why living and working in Malta is your dream compared to living in Dubai?
Just out of curiosity, since I know Dubai and , depending on what'you profession is , it can be a
dreamland somehow.
That said, as someone suggested you , you need to find an employer willing to taking care of your visa.
