The distance between Hai Phong and Saigon is 1700 km or 3X the distance between Terengganu where you live to Kuala Lumpur.
Is there a vast difference between between Terengganu and KL on employment opportunity and housing cost? It's more so here between Hai Phong and Saigon.
Although Vietnam and Malaysia are similar in size, the population of Vietnam is 3X more than Malaysia, Saigon is 10X larger in size than KL, and the population of Saigon is 6X more than KL.
