My Malaysian DP 10 Approved. What's Next?

You need to collect a Visa with Reference (VDR) from a Malaysian consulate or High Commission outside Malaysia.

What type of Visa they will provide from Malaysian Consulate?. Do I need to provide any proof from my employer for VDR?  What about the fees?

You need the employer to either provide the paperwork electronically or you will receive a hard copy

The above website shows Status as Approved .

That means the whole process is complete and EP is Approved?

The process has the following phases:
1. Application by Employer to hire foreigner (approved/rejected)
2. Approval letter from immigration (VAL)
3. MEA issue VDR letter*
4. Application in India for single entry visa (VDR)
5. Arrival in Malaysia on VDR**
6. Endorsement of EP into passport.

*  For MDEC processing VAL and VDR are one document
**It is not possible to arrive on a 14 day tourist visa and get the EP endorsed.
