I am coming to thailand in january on holiday, and am planning on moving to thailand in the near future.

I am English currently living in France where I run my own B and B /hotel.

I am a professional chef and have been in the trade since 1980...having worked in numerous hotels and restaurants and remote sites world wide...i am also a book writer and have several fiction books published..am currently working on my on line personal catering book..youtube catering channel.

I am always willing to meet and chat and discuss my projects and skills and help anyone with business developments and ideas and bring them to fruition.

If you find yourself in Chiang Mai you might look up a restaurant called Pern's. The owner is a Brit and his name is Brian. He has a very good place.. The two of you could comissurate on whatever level you would like.

Beyond that I don't know I what to share.
