Does anyone knows when Halong Bay is going to open for tourists? I knew it was close 3 weeks ago after 10 foreign tourist died in an accident there.I dont know when it will be open again.My friend and I are planning to head North of Vietnam sometime in April.Please let me know if you got any news on this.Thanks

Thanks Armand.I met someone online and he said that its open again so Im heading to Halong Bay end of April.Guess with whom? I will go with an American lady whom I met in this site.We met here 4 months ago when she was looking for someone to give her an idea about volunteering in Vietnam.Ive made several friends through this site since I registered and I just want to say THANK YOU!
