Im USA want to retire and live in Alexandria. I have few question:
- what kind of visa do I need?
- visa requirements
- is there retirement communities such as gated and secured apartments made for retirees

I have a secure apartment for sale in a gated compound but in Sharm el Sheikh. Would you be interested in this. My flat is 3br, 2ba and it located near the visa office and the airport so you can visit Alexandria easily. You can apply for a one year tourist visa once here.

no comment but under new visa laws is not that easy to get a visa
longer than 6 months but with a good lawyer after you buy can be done
