My female friend is a single parents from Philippines. She came here as tourist and had started to work in Malaysia since there was a good offer for almost 1 year on a rehiring programme.
She have a 10 year old daughter back home in philippines and would like her to come to Malaysia to continue study and also to care for her.
Is there anyway or impossible to do this.

I guess her mother is on a Foreign Worker visa and no dependents can accompany on that type of visa. She would need a Professional Pass category I or II to bring her daughter. The child would have to attend private or international school and the fees are at least 1500 per month.
