Making friends with Saudis

do you have a sister?  i have no problems dealing with locals, they're one of my favorite things about saudi

I do have sister, she is 16 years old but I don't think she will agree to meet new people, she is a little bit shy. I'm so sorry    I would like to meet you but my stubborn sister won't agree.

if u meant native..there a lots of online language exchange you can have a conversation with native english speakers for free. or just join native english ppl forum. Anyway I dont see a clear dividing line why some ppl prefer to talk to native english if the purpose here is just to get to know the saudis.

I don't know any native english speakers in here. I just find it weird and creepy to walk up to someone who is out of this country and tell them hi, can we be friends!! I don't know how others will react but I lived in the U.S and I feel it's harder to make friends with native English speakers than there. I have a lot of friends in the U.S and before I went there I was awkward kid. I didn't make a lot of saudi friends in my life, I just find it hard to socialise with them.

Why so?  It's OK to ask, because I'm a man and meeting a female in saudi arabia is suspicious. So if my sister and I meeting her, that will be better than meeting her alone.
