I am having trouble receiving SMS messages from the UK to my Al Madar number here in Libya. I can make and receive calls and send text messages to UK mobiles, but I never receive the messages I get sent back.
I have received SMS from UAE, China, Switzerland, Tunisia and Germany recently without problems, but none of the messages sent from the UK have come through.
Can anyone shed any light on this matter, or have had similar problems.

Yes, I have heared that Al-madar are having problems, you cannot even use a scratch pre-paid card for sometime today and maybe tommorow. you will experience other problems for a couple of days, until they fix it up

This is an ongoing problem for me, it's been happening for weeks.

I had this problem plenty of times, even when I was there in the UK most of the messages I sent have not been received but never complained, Coz I believe here in Libya always expect the worse and hope for the better.
