I am looking for a place in London and I have already been contacted by Cool cribs and Parks Property Services. Are those agencies reliable or not? Should I be wary?Any help or suggestion are more than welcome.

Hello Latian,
First of all, a big welcome to London! Just wondering whether you are you already in London. If so, you might want to decide on which part of London that you wish to stay in (refer to some things to look out for when deciding where to stay in London). Once you zoom in onto a particular area, head down there and look for the local property agents, which are normally found on the high streets (or main thoroughfare).
Try to have a look at the property first before committing yourself. Things normally look better on photos, believe me.
