I lived in Florida for several years and love the outdoors. Does anyone know where I would find out about the laws around spearfishing in Salmiya? Also where is the best place to go for it if it's legal..lol

Not sure about the Legality of it, but while in Kuwait in 2007 I saw some of the Filipinos spear fishing at the small beach in Mangaf (near the long 'bridge', before you get to the Hilton).
