my friend you have one of the most active communities in Kuwait! just go to Marina on a friday morning, you will find runners, cyclists, swimmers etc. all u have to do is start actively pursuing an active life 
dont forget the basket ball court!

that is a good point to pursue "legacy". thank you. I am into basketball too... running, cycling, swimming, are good too but we already have too much brawn storming at work. basketball would be good enough because it makes you excited.
