Healthy food?

Hello Everyone.

I'm putting on weight and it's just worrying.
Any ideas/places to have some healthy food to keep my weight in check? I work out and well I'm single, any help would be much appreciated.

Also, try to take up a sport, or work out more.

Rather than getting food from the Diet Center, you can make your meals smaller and stop eating after 7 p.m.

You can cook at home, or just make small meals (like pasta) and sandwiches.

Chips, "makhlouta" and bizir can be fattening as well.

Thanks for the advice, I have been looking into TDC but was a little skeptical about it, Since what I saw was pizza and the usual everyday stuff guess it would never hurt to try.
As for the cooking part, I stay in a hotel so there isn't much I can do about that unfortunately.
