The Sukhothai Bangkok is currently looking for Japanese Guest Relations Officer and Japanese Waiter/Waitress.

Japanese Guest Relations Officer Position:
Responsible for welcoming guests, handling their complaints and queries, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.  Supervision and implements all the activities of the department in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
•    Japanese nationality
•    Diploma or bachelor degree in any fields
•    Good command of both spoken and written English
•    Able to handle guest complaints in a  professional manner and can work under pressure
•    Hard working, service minded and able to work in flexible shifts
•    Experienced in hospitality industry is an advantage


Japanese Waiter/Waitress Position:
Responsible for ensuring that food and beverages are served in a style and manner fitting the outlet and according to the training received.  Prompt and courteous delivery of all orders, maintain positive image through all areas of guest contact and through cleanliness of guest areas. 

Requirements:
    Japanese nationality
    Diploma or Bachelor degree in any fields
    Good command of both spoken and written English
    Able to handle guest complaints in a  professional manner and can work under pressure
    Hard working, service minded and able to work in flexible shifts
