About

• Handling of all formalities for issuing of new and renewal of residence permits, work permits. Dispatching of employees’ passports and residence cards to the site personnel.
• Arranging the submission of passports to the various embassies for issuing of new passports and the renewal of the same. Processing of visa procedures with the various embassies.
• Follow up on the process of family visas, business visitor’s visas and on absconder employees.
• Handling petty cash
• Keeping records of new employment visas of various nationalities and preparing required reports (how many visas utilized, how many are balance. etc).
• Typing the forms for new and for the renewal of residence permits, work permits and ex/re-entry and exit visas.
• Making flight reservations for the employees including VIPs and Client’s Personnel as instructed by the Administration Department Manager.
• Follow up with various travel agencies/airlines for flight bookings and schedules of flights.
• Verifying suppliers/sub-contractor invoices and arranging for payment.
• Preparation of arrival/departure records and respective actions on a daily basis/monthly basis.
• Preparation of travel orders and confirmation of accommodation arrangements as instructed by Department Manager.
• Maintenance of air ticket issuance records and travel orders.
• Coordinating with other Group Branches regarding arrival/departure schedules and returns bookings etc. of the employees.
• Arrangement of transportation for employees proceeding for transfer/leave.
• Record keeping and filing of documents related to Travel Section in accordance with Company Procedure P.810 Document and Data Control.
• Handle all the administrator / office clerk related work.
• Maintaining leave records of employees issuing termination/warning latter’s etc...
• Maintaining a systematic record of computerized files.
• Reporting to the HR and Administration Manager.
• Making all the correspondence through the Email /Outlook
