o Prepare marketing plan.
o Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits & trends.
o Brainstorm & develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
o Assist in Inbound & Outbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development & optimization, advertising, events, planning, ect).
o Prepare & present brand awareness.
o Plan & execute initiatives to reach target audience through appropriate channels.
o Analysing marketing data to shape future marketing strategies.
o Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
o Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
o Gather data on competitors and analyse their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
o Collect and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
o Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
o Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
o Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
o Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analysing collected data.
o Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.

Ability to secure clear direction and maintain visibility as strategy is executed.
Ability to take high-level vision and translate down to executable actions.
Ability to foster strong professional relationships and manage expectations with customers.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive
Strong sense of organization and attention to detail are required.
Strong verbal and written English language.
Ability to work independently once strategy and direction is identified, while maintaining strong visibility for the organization.
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2 or more years relevant business experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
Experience working in high-tech business sector strongly preferred.
Experience implementing Marketing strategies in B2B & B2C sales environment strongly preferred.
