My reply might be very late but I just wanted to tell u that if u still have not found a job in teaching and u want one, there should be many international schools in Cairo that employ French teachers nowadays. Look them up online and send ur C.V. as soon as possible to ensure u get a position. Schools should be finished employing all the staff members by next month.

Try first sending your CV to recruitment offices in Egypt. Google them and give it a try. You should have residence though or else you would work with your tourist visa and maybe find problems or work should be the one applying for your work permit, depends on the school or place of work.
