How can I meet a specialist  consultant which could give me advice to achieve this project? Thank you for your. Much love.....

Welcome, yifan
Since you do not speak Portuguese it may be difficult in attracting and teaching Brazilian students in order to be profitable. Of course, you may find a person to manage the school for you that speaks Portuguese, Chinese, and English.
If that is your business plan it is possible. We have an Anglo-Americano private school which does very well, but it teach all subjects for meeting graduation as well as English.
Others may join in and have more ideas.
Good luck and stay well

Thanks for your response @Texanbrazil you can pull me to the Anglo-American private school group 👥.

yifan,
No, I do not know the owner.

If you can teach Mandarin you can do well, there are not many schools teaching the language.

English, it's a dime a dozen.  They are everywhere.

Or Cantonese.

And dude, Sao Paulo.. most definetively.  Only place with critical mass to generate demand.
