Hi there, I'm a man from China and I'm going to open a restaurant next month (maybe the month after next, that depends on the pandemic) in Phnom Penh, can somebody tell me about the registration procedures for the government departments and how much time and money will it take. Maybe you valuable advice will save me a lot of consulting cost. Thank you in advance.
