Could you be a little bit more precise in your question ? I don't understand it's meaning...
"Islamic Finance" is usually a way for a bank to make their products (loans, mortgages etc...) "sharia" compliant.
Indeed, the Quran forbids to make loans with interests.
But you can imagine that bankers didn't become philantropists all of the sudden
So since the sixties, they invented the concept of Islamic Financing that allows banks to involve themselves in muslim countries based operation without violating the sharia.
They just found different ways to make their profit.

So if I try to see through your question:
Are there islamic banks in Bahrain ? yes there are !
Do they offer car loans ? I don't have the faintest idea :p
Is it cheaper than a regular loan ? I don't think so !
