Hi there ,
I will be joining my new organisation in a month . My work visa process is completed and visa is stamped on the passport . As there is some weeks gap , will i get salary for this period. My company's HR has been quiet about this so curious about this.

No idea, but if I was in your position I would be more concerned about whether or not they still wished to hire me and I wouldn't be asking them if they will pay me before I started working for them.
