Can we travel from Jubail to Khobar during the timings allowed in this lockdown period? Is it allowed to travel or any restrictions?

Yes you can travel from Jubail to Khobar during the partially lifting of curfew time from 0900hrs to 1700hrs up to 13 May 2020.
I travelled from Ras Tanura to Khobar via Jubail hi way with no problem.
