Social Media in Sweden

Post new topic

Hi,

many thanks for looking at my post.

Just a quick question; Is social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) used more in Swedish or in English in Sweden... does the under 30s use English more?

It would really help me out to know. And are there other popular social networks in Sweden?

Many thanks,
Thomas

Yes social media is used a lot but mostly Swedish. Swedish is the primary language doesn't matter the age.

However, if you are responding in English to a Swedish-speaking member you can be 99% certain that he/she will understand your post and will most likely respond in English.
